Access to Subscription Content shall be governed by the following terms and conditions

By subscribing to our services you may access some content free of charge. Some content, however, is restricted to paid up members only. You may access restricted content through subscription (“Subscription Content”), through our website https://southernafricajobs.com after which you will be provided with a username and password to access Subscription Content on the website, usage of which shall be governed by the following Terms and Conditions (the Terms). Continuing accessing such content shall be regarded as agreeing and abiding with these terms.

Your access to Subscription Content will end when you are no longer a paid-up subscriber, upon the expiry of your subscription or when we revoke your subscription for violation of these terms.

In order to access Subscription Content you will be provided with a username and password. You may change the password given to you. The username and password gives you the right to access Subscription Content for the duration of your subscription. You may not, under any circumstances whatsoever, transfer or make any copies or attempt to transfer or attempt to make any copies of any Subscription Content.

You may only access Subscription Content for your own personal use, and you may not use it for commercial purposes. Copyright in the Content is protected by copyright laws and treaties of the relevant owners. You agree not to archive or download any Content, or copy, distribute, share, change, display, publish, perform any Content, or offer any Content for sale, or otherwise use any Content for any reason or for any other purpose.

Any violation of this clause, under the “Terms of Service” will render us to suspend your account.

If you do anything that you have agreed not to do by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, we may suspend or terminate your Subscription immediately, discontinue your access to Subscription Content immediately, and may claim any losses or damages that we may have suffered, from you. No refunds shall be made if we cancel your subscription for violation of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy

An administration charge of 15% will be levied to cover some of the costs incurred when refunding payments for subscription that is cancelled before login username and password are emailed to the subscriber. This policy applies to all services provided by Southern Africa Jobs.

There shall be no refunds after we email you the subscription login username and password and the service has been accessed.


To be a registered paid up member, its a MUST for us to send you Job Alerts because the sole purpose of the service is to prioritize those that are registered. If you unsubscribe your email address as a Paid Up Member, we will contact you by phone call or via email to ask why you have opted out of the Job Alerts. For whatever reason you may give us, you may choose to let us know whether to put you back or not. The unsubscribing as a paid up member is not a violation of these Terms and Conditions, it only tells us that you are no longer interested in receiving Job Alerts.


You can manage how you can be receiving these Job Alerts from us. For example change countries and emails will still continue coming your way. You can choose which countries to remove and which countries to retain. For this, you will be able to receive Job Alerts from countries you want only.


If you unsubscribe from our emails, then you will no longer hear from us again. Unless you go back on the website to re-submit your email address and go through the process of confirming your email address to make the system believe that the email is valid. You can find the Unsubscribe button below this email. After you Unsubscribe, we will no longer send you Job Alerts and your email address will be deleted.

Beware of copycat and lookalike websites. We are unable to assist when payment is made to such websites.

The listings on our website are shared in good faith to ensure they are distributed widely. We seek permission to publish, where practical. Where impractical, and upon notification, we shall endeavor to remove any listings that infringe any copyright.
