Refund Policy

Southern Africa Jobs Refund Policy

  1. Subscribers may cancel their subscription any time. However, we will only make refunds to subscribers whose login credentials have not been utilized by the time of the cancelation or those subscribers whose last login precedes their last payment.
  2. No refunds shall be payable where a subscriber accesses the service after payment unless such subscription was paid for more than one month in advance and that there is/are more than 30 days remaining on the subscription.
  3. No refunds shall be made for monthly subscription unless condition 1 above is fulfilled.
  4. Refunds shall be made to the medium/number through which the subscription was made and an administration charge of 15% will be levied to cover some of the costs incurred when refunding payments for subscription/service not provided or cancelled before login username and password are emailed to the subscriber. There shall be no refunds after we email you the subscription login username and password and the service has been accessed. This applies to all services provided by Southern Africa Jobs.
  5. Subscribers shall be liable for the costs of refund through a deduction from the refundable amount.
  6. Accounts cancelled for violation of our terms of use shall not be refunded under any circumstance.

Subscribers can cancel their subscription and request for a refund (if eligible) through email info@southernafricajobs.com. Subscriptions can also be cancelled through the personal profile editor on the website.
