Lilongwe Pentecostal Christian School (LPCCS) is well established school, registered with the government and recognized by the Ministry of Education. PCS follows the government and recognized by the Ministry of Education. PCS follows government calendar and is compliant with the education enforced by the Ministry of
Education.
LPCCS is a founded on Christian faith and was officially opened in 1997 following resolution of the National Executive Committee of Pentecostal Assemblies of Malawi (PAOM) LPCCS accepts learners from other faith
backgrounds. LPCCS is urgently locking for a suitable person to fill the position of IT Technician to support the
school’s administration
JOB TITLE: PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER
GRADE: D
SECTION: ACADEMICS
REPORTING TO: THE DEPUTY HEAD (CURRICULUM)
WORK STATION: LILONGWE
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
You will employ various teaching strategies reinforced with teaching and learnings aid to ensure maximum
communication with the learners. You will also evaluate the performance of the learners to ensure mastery of
writing, reading and arithmetical skills.
ROLES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach learners effectively.
- Counsel and guide the earners.
- Prepare schemes of work and lesson plans before leaching.
- Abide by the regulations of the Government.
- Be resourceful.
- Maintain classroom discipline.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCE
The candidate must havo:
- A T2 teaching certificate from a well-recognized institution
- Malawi School Certificate of Education
- At least three years of teaching experience. Those with more than three years’ experience will have an added advantage
- A Christian with good standing in his/her church
