Our client is looking a Maintenance Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities.
- Schedule and supervise all maintenance work, including repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Manage the maintenance staff and ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to do their jobs.
- Work with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and track maintenance costs and ensure that they are within budget.
- Comply with all applicable safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management
