Macadamia Processing Supervisor (Requirement x 1)
The Macadamia processing supervisor will oversee all crop receipts and manage the de-husking and sorting process. They will monitor the drying process and carry out moisture testing accurately recording at all stages of the process. They will supervise final sorting, grading, and bagging and be responsible for the cold storage of Macadamia Nuts for distribution. Throughout the process they will carry out macadamia cracking samples and capture all information digitally.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience
• Agricultural Degree from recognized Institution
• Computer literate
• Good verifiable references are essential
