We are looking for a Floor Supervisor for a client in the hospitality industry. The role will be based in Kadoma.
Salary and Benefits:
- Planning and coordinating daily hotel cleaning schedules.
- Inspecting cleanliness of rooms/Public Areas and implementation of prompt corrective action on all inspection findings.
- Coordinating housekeeping departmental human resources issues.
- Continuous training and development of housekeeping associates.
- Communicating guest feedback to housekeeping associates.
- Managing housekeeping expenses in line with approved budgets.
- Coordinating housekeeping activities for other departments.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in housekeeping operations.
- Good eye for detail and innovative.
- Should be assertive with unquestionable integrity.
- Working knowledge of OPERA and ACCPAC will be an added advantage.
- National Diploma in Tourism and Management.
