Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and reception services including preparing letters and documents requested by CD, DCD, Managers and supervisors.
- Manage the confidential letters and documents.
- Supervise the logistics of all events and meetings.
- Support the supervisors and managers in other related tasks as requested.
- Lead the migration of fixed asset migration from excel to system (Asset Infinity).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in relevant field (Business Management, Accounting, Finance).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as requested and flexibility.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
